Working mainly with American and European hardwoods in their workshop in Whaley Bridge. Tim Arlidge & Co have built a excellent reputation for the design, manufacture and fitting of top quality custom built furniture. Since the establishment of the business in 1980, Tim and his small team of skilled craftsmen's love of wood & woodworking gives them the inspiration needed to produce their imaginative designs. Their dedication to craftsmanship and quality, from manufacture on the premises to installation in the home, means that the business has evolved almost exclusively by recommendation from satisfied customers in Cheshire, Derbyshire and Greater Manchester. Each commission is conducted under the personal supervision of Tim Arlidge the proprietor. From the initial consultation and survey, Tim will produce a drawing for the customers perusal, on approval the team of cabinet makers will produce the cabinets, doors and fine detail that are required to make up a one-off bespoke kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or office. Because every design is unique, the most awkwardly shaped or sized room will be transformed in keeping with the home. | |
| Appliances can be sourced either through Tim Arlidge, often at a lower cost than high street retailers, or clients can find their own equipment. Likewise the company can provide reliable, skilled tradesmen such as electricians and plumbers, or customers can use their trusted regulars. Whatever the choice, Tim will liaise with all parties concerned. | ||
